Our People & Training
Security is Delivered by People
SW Security Services recruits selectively, screens rigorously, and trains continuously. Every security officer completes structured basic training covering guarding duties, access control, patrolling, incident reporting, fire and life safety awareness, and customer service.
Specialist personnel receive advanced training including aviation security screening, ETD equipment operation, control-room and CCTV operations, and supervisory duties. Refresher training and periodic re-certification ensure competence throughout employment.
Our leadership team personally oversees training standards, drawing on experience of training more than eight hundred security professionals. We are committed to Saudisation, developing national talent in support of Vision 2030.
